Questions about Stallova

Fees, messages, and what we do not do. Short answers, then the detail.

Do you charge a success fee?

No. You pay a listing fee — £99, £149, or £249 — and that is the charge. We do not take a percentage of the sale.

Do you hold buyer funds or offer escrow?

No. Buyers pay sellers directly. We do not hold the purchase money.

Are some listings yours?

Yes. If Kindred Web Ltd owns the site, the listing says Operator-owned, on the listing and on Our listings. The badge tells you who the seller is. It does not replace your own checks.

Are you a business broker?

No. Stallova is a place to list and discover UK websites. We do not broker the deal or give regulated advice. Take your own advice before you buy or sell.

What can I list?

UK websites and online businesses: content sites, SaaS, online shops, and lead generation.

How do buyers contact sellers?

On Stallova. Open the listing and send a message. Do not send money because a first message tells you to pay somewhere else.

What diligence should buyers do?

Ask for what you would want before you pay: analytics access, revenue records, proof you are buying from the owner, and any debts or legal issues. That is a starting list, not advice. Use an accountant or a solicitor for the deal.

Can I get a refund on a listing fee?

If we cannot publish the listing because of our error, we refund the fee. If you change your mind after the listing is live, the fee stays paid. The full rule is in the Terms.

Why UK-focused?

The listings, the law, and the way people pay are UK. You are browsing sites that belong here, not guessing on a global board.

How do you compare to Flippa?

Flippa is a global marketplace and sets its own fees. Stallova is a UK stall with one upfront listing fee and no commission. Use the place that fits the deal, and check Flippa’s site for their current prices.

Is a return on a listing guaranteed?

No. The fee buys a listing. It does not promise a sale, and past revenue is not future performance.

Who runs this?

Kindred Web Ltd. Company details are on the About page and in the footer.
