Buy and sell with your eyes open. Report what looks wrong, keep payment between the buyer and the seller, and read the badge before you treat a listing as ours.
The short version
Stallova is for adults aged 18 or over. Report any listing or message that looks wrong. We do not hold buyer funds and we do not offer escrow. The deal is between you and the other party — check it before you pay.
Report or block
Open the listing or the message. Choose Report, or Block user on a conversation, or Block seller on a listing. Pick a reason: spam, fraud or scam, impersonation, illegal content, harassment, intellectual property, or other. Add detail if you have it, then send.
Thanks — we have received your report. Our team aims to review safety reports within 1 business day (ESTIMATE). You can also email hello@kindredweb.co.uk with subject “Trust & safety report”.
We may hide or remove content, warn or suspend accounts, and ask you for more detail. We will not publish your identity to the reported party as a default.
Age requirement
You must be 18 or over to create an account, list, message, or buy a listing pack. Under-18s must not use this service.
Safety tips
There is no escrow. Do not send money because someone asks you to pay off the site to move faster.
Use a payment method you understand. Be wary of crypto-only demands, gift cards, or pressure to pay today.
Before you pay, check traffic, revenue, and ownership yourself: analytics access, bank or Stripe records, and Companies House where a company is involved.
Keep the conversation on the site where you can, so there is a record.
Operator-owned means the listing is ours. It is a label, not a promise. Still do your own checks.
Moderation
We review listings and messages for fraud, illegal content, and rule-breaking. The moderation policy explains how reports, filters, and review work. We aim to act lawfully and proportionately under the UK Online Safety Act as it applies to this service. We do not claim an Ofcom category we have not been given.
Appeals
If we remove your listing or restrict your account, you can appeal via hello@kindredweb.co.uk with subject Moderation appeal within 14 days (ESTIMATE). We aim to respond within 5 business days (ESTIMATE).
