Marketplace privacy

We process seller business data and buyer contact forms to run the marketplace. Payments for listing packs are handled by Stripe. We minimise personal data on public listing cards: a public listing shows a display name, not an email address or phone number. Marketing email stays off unless you later opt in (PECR). Analytics events (a page view, a tool being used, or a checkout event that includes the SKU) are sent only after you choose Allow analytics. Necessary only, or no choice yet, sends none of them: no analytics cookie and no analytics identifier on your device. You can withdraw that choice on this page and events stop immediately. An order and the payment webhook for a listing pack stay so we can publish the listing. Those records are marked as not analytics.

Retention: while the account is open, and afterwards for the tax period our accountant confirms before launch. A safety report stores a reporter id so we can count separate reports. We do not send that identity to the person you reported as a default.
