Stallova is a place to list and discover websites and online businesses. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax, or brokerage advice. A deal is between the buyer and the seller. Take independent professional advice before you buy or sell a business.

Liability

Subject to the carve-outs below, Kindred Web Ltd’s total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the marketplace or a listing pack is capped at the price you paid us for the relevant listing pack or product in the 12 months (ESTIMATE) before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Listing fees only — no escrow

We do not offer escrow and we do not hold client money. Buyers and sellers contract and pay each other. We are not a party to the sale.

Listings owned by Kindred Web Ltd are labelled Operator-owned.

A listing fee does not guarantee a sale or a return. Past revenue is not future performance.

We may remove content and suspend accounts for fraud, illegal content, or breaches of these rules.

We may request additional diligence for higher-value deals (the amount is not fixed yet).

Listing fees are charged as shown at checkout (the price shown at checkout, with no VAT added on top).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You must be 18 or over to create an account, list, message, or buy a listing pack.
